Operating Lease

In line with our above commitment to innovate and introduce customized financial products, Saudi Pak Leasing has also introduced true operating lease in the form of Generator and Reverse Osmosis Plant (RO Plant) on rental basis. The transaction of RO plant is first such transaction in leasing industry. 

Salient features of operating lease

• The asset shall be of common use and may be used by a number of users in sequence.
• The lessee is provided the use of the asset and the risks incident to ownership are on the lessor on a fixed periodic rental basis.
• The lessor bears the risk of obsolescence.
• The lessor bears the costs of repairs, insurance, maintenance and operations.
  It is beneficial for those who have more power requirement then provided by KESC/WAPDA, or wants to have uninterrupted power supply to avoid production losses and reduce electricity cost at the same time
