• Financial statements for the last three years.
• Original bank statement for the last one year (Applicable on Small Business Only)
• Form 29 and Form A ( If Applicable )
• Memorandum and article of association (If Applicable)
• Registered partnership deed (For Partnership concerns)
• Assets to be acquired shall be valued by our surveyor ( If Applicable )
• Company profile, Directors profile and Information of other businesses
• Copy of the national identity card of all Directors/Partners
• Tax return for the last two years. (Applicable on Small Business Only)
• Future cash flows in case of new business and feasibility (Up to three years) ( If Applicable )
• Original Letter from the bank confirming exports ( If Applicable )
• Copy of Rent agreement/Property papers ( If Applicable )
• Performa Invoice of the asset to be leased.
